With the same enthusiasm, once again and after the success of the Build up operation that Petrocorner entailed, in February 2021 we started a new project called "Guanche" because it is focused on the Canary Islands.
The financing of this new Build up, we have once again counted on the support of our previous partners, the investment funds JZ International and Armontc Asset Management.
For this development we have a team of professionals from Petrol Station and Retail sectors, some from important oil companies, from our previous project and from mass consumption.
Our priority objective is to create the main network of independent petrol stations (EESS) in the Canary Islands, placing special emphasis on the sustainability of the project. In this sense, in addition to respecting and scrupulously complying with regulatory standards in environmental matters, we work to adapt to new automotive energy trends by incorporating alternative energies in our facilities; We will have self-consumption photovoltaic panels in canopies to reduce CO2 emissions and we will promote the use of eco-fuels to contribute to decarbonization and other future technologies such as hydrogen and electrification.
In the area of non-oil, it will be our mission to adapt the commercial offer of stores, restaurants, cafeterias, car wash and other services to the real demand of each petrol station, taking into account its location and the needs of its immediate surroundings.
We hope to develop this new challenge in the Canarian Community, integrating ourselves and contributing to the generation of wealth and employment.

Juan Manuel has been senior executive of many public and private companies such as AENA, Dragados, Parques Reunidos, Olivo Group, PR&G Consulting, Real Musical and Sociedad de Centros Comerciales de España (SCCE) as well as board member of AENA, Sun Microsystems, Owqlo, Raesa (Grupo Areas) Ineco-Tifsa, Clasa, Hertz, Emnos (Amex Group) and advisor member in Cymi – Masa (ACS Group).
His most recent experience has been PetroCorner, being the founder and Executive President of the project.

Blas developed his career with a wide professional experience in the energy, fuel and petrol stations sector always into CEPSA Company being President and CEO of important societies of Cepsa Group as Cepsa Operaciones Aviación y Maritima, CMD, SIS (Spanish Intoplane Services), Atlas Gasoceuta, Amarco, Petrocan (Petróleos de Canarias) y Ecansa.
Ramón Prieto
COO NON OIL & MKT DIRECTOR
Ramón is an expert in food distribution and supermarkets, the last 10 years he has worked in companies in the sector.
His professional career has always been developed in the area of sales, commercial, purchases and expansion in companies such as Coviran, Spar, Channel 9 TV, Correos, Wilkinson Sword and Mapfre.

Antonio has worked the last years as Manager of the UTE Setex Sufi Aparcamientos althoug developed his career into several Dragados Group companies as general director, financial director and senior financial analyst in Dragados y Construcciones, S.A., Urbaser, S.A., Ibérica de Estacionamientos, S.A., CEESA, Dragados Internacional (Colombia, Dominican Republic, Mexico and Ecuador).

Ana Rus Esteso is a Senior Financier with a solid foundation in Auditing, having developed her professional experience in public-private companies such as Madrid Calle 30, S.A. and E & Y where she held the positions of Financial and Management Controller and Senior Manager of Accounting & Advisory Business Services respectively.

LEGAL ADVISOR
Rafael is a lawyer with extensive experience both as an internal and external lawyer. He has developed his career as a specialist in commercial and international law. He has been Head of the International Legal Department in BBVA. He has also participated as lawyer in judicial proceedings of recognized complexity and international arbitration. His most recent experience as a legal advisor has been with the company Petrocorner.

Carlos is a experienced Controller who has developed his career carrying out all the functions of the area in both national and multinational companies such as PetroCorner, Johnson & Johnson y Alava Ingenieros and different sectors as Consumer goods, Chemical, Engineering, Pharma and Fuel products.

COO OIL DIRECTOR
Alejandro is an engineer who has developed his professional activity for more than 15 years in areas such as organization, processes, production and productivity mainly, occupying management and engineering positions in companies such as ToT, Sasaqui, DISA, Addax & Oryx in the Oil sector. & Gas, in addition to Rajaram, A&G, Sab Miller and Interglas in the industrial sector and in other companies in other sectors such as Transportation, Digital Transformation, Services and Food. He stands out for his organizational skills, process optimization and execution of strategies related to Production and Services.
Orlando Marrero COMMERCIAL MANAGER
Orlando is a commercial expert in the field of EESS networks and direct sales of fuels in the Canary Islands. He has held positions as Sales Representative and Sales Representative at GRUPO INSULAR OCEANO and at CANARY OIL. In the beginning he also worked in the distribution sector with the Manager position at MERCADONA. He stands out for his sales team management skills, results orientation and his commercial profile.
